Super-curing has introduced a new range of UV curing adhesives designed for some of the most demanding finishing and assembly tasks in modern manufacturing. The latest additions cover PC and PET decoration, curved glass lamination, pressure-sensitive labels and temporary bonding, giving manufacturers fast-curing, reliable solutions that deliver clean surfaces, strong adhesion and durable performance.
This new release brings together several specialty grades under one family. Together they address the growing demand for decorative finishes, precision lamination and temporary bonding across electronics, displays and industrial processing, where speed, clarity and dependable substrate compatibility are essential.
For decorative finishing, three grades stand out. The 3316S soft touch transfer printing adhesive gives PC and PET surfaces a soft, delicate and comfortable hand feel that signals premium quality on phone, laptop and home appliance housings. With a flexible, wear resistant formulation and strong adhesion, it keeps the decorated surface smooth and durable in daily use. For 3D formed panels, the 3318C 3D composite board transfer printing adhesive offers good heat resistance and excellent stretchability, allowing hot stretching of up to 200% with good plating performance for metal-look finishes. Rounding out the decoration range, the 3319 IMT transfer printing adhesive cures fast, releases easily from the mold and delivers high hardness with anti-yellowing clarity, ideal for in-mold transfer decoration on PC and PET.
As curved displays become more common, lamination demands an adhesive that stays clean and easy to work with. The 3311-2L curved glass film lamination adhesive features extremely low odor and low skin irritation, self-levels to control bubbles and overflow, and cures fast. The cured layer resists rebound white edges and spider webbing, and can be peeled away without residue when removal is required, making it well suited to curved glass screen film and protector bonding.
Two more grades extend the range into very different applications. The 3800-5 pressure-sensitive label adhesive combines fast cure with high toughness and bending resistance, plus high hardness and super scratch resistance, and its good compatibility and printability make it ideal as the primer and top coat of pressure-sensitive labels. For handling and processing, the 3918 water soluble temporary bonding adhesive flows easily for simple coating and, once cured, adheres well to glass and metal. It can be quickly removed with warm water or ultrasonic cleaning with no residue and no secondary contamination, which makes it valuable for the temporary bonding of glass, jewelry, optical lenses and premium crafts during grinding.
